Okay, I have to say, I want to call bullshit on a “lower quality education” making kids more likely to be placed in special ed. One, I doubt that’s true because developmental disorders are genetic, two, special ed isn’t necessarily bad. Thanks for helping uphold the social stigma that led me to be bullied like a pariah as a kid!
